Be at your best.

A balanced diet provides carbohydrates, proteins, fats, fibres, vitamins and minerals in the right amounts: these differ depending on how much you are physically doing. This is important for everyone, but vital if you are training to be army fit. Choose what you eat with care and avoid replacing meals with snacks; always get your 5 a day; don't eat too many sugary foods and try to skip the pies, chips and other fried foods.
